The Bandflex home gym system is a bargain when compared to the top name brands like Bowflex and Weider. Available for a fraction of the cost and offering as many exercises with their machine, the Bandflex is the perfect companion for someone looking for a great workout and does not care about the brand.

The Bandflex uses a bungee and cable design with a quick snap feature that allows you to quickly change the tension. The system offers a number of exercises to tone your body and build muscles. The Bandflex is easy to fold up and store away.

The Stamina Bandflex can be purchased from various websites on the internet, but I have not an actual Bandflex website. This gym is definitely not for those who are into serious body toning or muscles building. Although it is just a fraction of the cost of the Bowflex or Weider it shows.

The construction of the Bandflex leaves something to be desired. I am not saying it is not a good machine but if longevity of a product is what you are looking for your not going to find it here. The plus side of this machine other than the low price is that it has the capabilities of 30+ exercises. The arm exercises are everything the infomercial says they are. The Bandflex is also very easy to maneuver. It is rather large and bulky when in position to be used but it folds up swiftly and easily for storage purposes.
