Juvio.com is a multilevel marketing business that gives technical support for the computer and all things used with the computer, such as digital cameras, scanners, and so forth. The cost for this service is $34.95 a month. For an additional $7.00 per month, the multilevel marketing program offered by Juvio.com offers technical support for free. (I know, it costs $7 for a free service. It didn’t make a lot of sense to me either.) At any rate, the “free” service is provided if you refer three additional people who sign up for the program. The technical support is advertised to be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So if you are up in the middle of the night you can have someone to talk to on the phone.

Juvio.com is apparently the first company to provide this type of service through an MLM program. The price may seem a little steep, but some companies are paying more for technical support already. Its value probably comes if you compare it to what you are losing if the entire system crashes from a preventable cause.

There don’t seem to be a great number of complaints about Juvio.com. As far as I can tell it is a legitimate business enterprise with many satisfied customers. Most of the complaints I came across had to do with the costs involved, and with the length of time it took for Juvio to process refunds. One person said that when he called for technical support he didn’t receive a live person, but got an answering machine instead. So he had to wait for assistance. That is apparently not a common complaint, however.
