Ty Hall is famous for his Software Millions system.  The idea is that computer software can be cheaply and easily made for large profits.  One does not have to be a software specialist to sell the software.  One only needs to help Ty Hall to find businesses that are willing to buy the software from him.  The reward is a fat commission check. 

The main product Ty Hall is offering is his Power Check program.  It has met with mixed reviews.  Some have found it useful in creating checks based on funds that have been collected electronically.  However, others have experienced problems in getting their banks to accept such checks.  Sometimes additional hardware or special papers are needed, sending the cost of the checks through the roof.  Yet Hall has made millions selling this program. 

An interesting feature of the Software Millions program is that the signup for information on it requires quite a bit of information from the potential participant.  Most importantly, Hall’s company wants to know how much a person is willing to invest in the business.  This is interesting, since the information on the site says that all one has to do is to refer customers, without even calling contacts. 

There is something going on here that is not being told to potential customers.  He does expect something from his underlings for the commission checks he offers them.  Ty Hall claims that this is not MLM.  It is not.  There are only two levels: Ty Hall and those who send sales his way.
